Place & Track Orders

You can place orders or track deliveries through Cannon Delivery Service, Inc. from any place that you have Internet access. This option is available free to all registered users. By using this online service, you agree to the terms of use below. Enter you email address or account ID and password to our client login page.

Terms of Use Agreement

As used in this agreement:

• "Terms" means this Terms of Use Agreement, including all subsequent amendments, revisions, and updates as may be implemented from time to time by Cannon Delivery Service, Inc. in its sole discretion;

• "Service" means the online account web portal;

• "User" is the individual or organization granted access to the customer web portal;

• "Cannon" refers to Cannon Delivery Service, Inc.;

• "Local" refers to areas within the Metro Atlanta counties of Georgia.


A. Service Access:

1. Cannon will process a request for Service access in a timely manner.

2. When access to the service has been created you will receive an email at the address you provided with instructions for access via the Web portal. Cannon will generate a generic password that you should change via the Web portal.

3. You can grant service to others by providing the user's name, phone number, and email address to Cannon. Cannon will add the user to your account only.

4. Cannon reserves the right to restrict or refuse Service to any User that they believe is abusing or misusing the Service as described in the Terms with or without prior notice to the User.

B. Service Schedule:

1. Order Entry: Orders for Same Day delivery may be submitted Monday through Friday 0700-1400 excluding holidays. This Service cannot be used on weekends.

a. Orders requiring a specialty vehicle, i.e. dock high truck, flatbed truck or Sprinter van, should only be entered after verifying availability with Cannon customer service.

b. Orders to be picked up outside our Local service area must be placed with Cannon customer service.

c. Prices quoted cannot be guaranteed unless verified by Cannon customer service or Cannon dispatch.

d. If errors are found resulting in a change of cost, Cannon will make every effort to contact the User regarding the change.

e. Cannon is not responsible for any misinformation submitted by the User or any charges that may result from such.

f. Orders submitted by the User that require change or cancellation can only be done by contacting Cannon customer service.

2. Tracking: This service is available 24 hours a day.

a. Information is updated as the package(s) to be delivered are in transit and delivered.

b. The exact location of the package while in transit is not available with tracking.

c. Information regarding packages for delivery between 1800 and 0600 Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays may not be updated in real time.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the services. Every online account is subject to these terms. By using the online services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
